President Masoud Karimipour, CIP, CAPS, has announced that Jacqueline Hill has joined the staff
of the Tallahassee Builders Association (TBA) as Member Services Director. She assumed her
assignment on December 2, 2013 as a TBA employee. TBA operates under a management contract
with the Florida Home Builders Association and Hill will work alongside FHBA and TBA Executive
Officer Paul Thompson, CAE. Hill is a Florida State graduate. Her professional background includes
serving as an Education Outreach Program Manager at the Florida Department of Education and
Program Relations Manager at Kaplan College’s corporate office. Her association management
experience includes stints at Boykin Management & Consulting and the Florida Dental Association.
At TBA, she will be responsible for supporting membership recruitment and retention efforts and
providing valuable resources, education, and information to TBA’s members.
