Todd. Being able to see how everything
would flow together gave the customer
the confidence to green-light the project.
Parker added, “2020 makes it really easy
because you can go in and put in all your
walls, and it allows you to really start
manipulating your design with great ease.”
A Tailor-Made Bathroom and Kitchen
The house was built in the ’90s, and the
master bathroom was in need of some
modernization. As for their personal
preferences, the homeowners didn’t get
any use out of their bathtub; it was just
taking up space. They also felt they could
use more cabinets for storage. “They
wanted everything they needed right
there in the bathroom,” said Parker. “They
allowed us to use our creative knowledge.”
“We gutted everything, took it basically
down to the slab,” said Parker. “We killed
the tub and made the shower bigger
and added an extra cabinet against the
bedroom wall, so we gained another three
and a half inches inside the bathroom
wall.” Partnering with Arizona Tile, Elite
inserted a sleek, granite-topped storage
drawer. For the cabinets, they contacted
clients met with Parker in Elite’s Showroom
& Design Center. They brought their wishes
and tastes to the table, and Parker brought
20 plus years of design experience.
Elite’s team then visited the house to take
photos and detail the architectural plans.
Utilizing the 2020 Virtual Planner software
program, Elite created 3D renderings of
the project, allowing the clients to walk
through their new bathroom and see it
from various angles before the physical
