Association, Elite Remodeling of
Frisco must be doing something right. So
what’s their secret? First and foremost,
Elite’s certified designers and remodelers
believe in providing a fairly priced, quality
product and then overwhelming the
client with great service. “Our objective
there is to earn a customer for life,” said
Elite Remodeling’s owner, John Todd.
Elite has graciously pulled back the curtain
to give
Texas Builder
readers an inside
look at their renowned process. Walking
us through what appeared to be a standard
bath and kitchen remodel in Plano, Elite
demonstrated how their work in this home,
from conception to completion, went well
beyond the ordinary.
A 2020, 3D Vision
Elite worked closely with the homeowners
from the start to establish a clear vision.
Todd spoke with them first to determine
exactly what they wanted to do, the size
of the project, and the budget. Initially
they were only looking for a bathroom
remodel. “This couple was retired,” said
Todd. “They were looking for a complete
redo of the master bath, from the storage
to the function, aesthetics, all that. Once
I understood all the specifics, I turned it
over to my lead designer, Kelli Parker.” The
