The beauty of the home’s surroundings
is incorporated into the entire design
of the home. The outer walls of the
home incorporate numerous glass-panel
windows which bring the outdoors,
which fully wrap around the home, inside.
They also showcase some of the unique
design elements, including a beautifully
crafted, floating staircase. In addition, the
custom placement of the home on its lot
allowed the window placements to bring
an abundance of natural light but limit
the beaming heat of the afternoon sun.
“Along with the pool, the homeowners
wanted to incorporate a water feature.
Instead of going with the familiarity of
a standard waterfall, CKC designed a
custom spout which pours from the top
of the home down into the pool. The
straight lines and particular placement
add to the modern feeling of the
home’s exterior."
The interior of the home is tied together
with contemporary design and decorating
and features a climate controlled wine
roomwith an incredible 250-bottle storage
capacity, two in-law suites, and a private
master suite complete with an office, game
room, and a walk out to the patio. Each of
the three suites is sectioned off from the
rest of the living area to increase privacy
for the inhabitants. “In the interior we
