The Dallas Builders Association has
announced winners in its 2015 ARC
Awards, held Aug. 15 at the Westin Galleria
and presented in partnership with Bonded
Builders Warranty Group.
The ARC Awards are held each summer to
recognize building excellence by associate
members, remodelers and custom builder
members of the Association.
Winners were named in approximately 50
categories including Best Conceptual Design,
Best CAPS Remodel, Best New Home,
Remodeler of the Year and Custom Builder
of the Year.
Classic Urban Homes was again named
Custom Builder of the Year. Cresswell
Builders was honored as the Remodeler of the
Year. Associate of the Year was Teresa Staggs
with KJ Custom Screens & Designs.
Custom builder Tim Lansford of Luxury
Homes of Texas served as the master of
ceremonies. A complete list of winner and

The Texas Panhandle Builders Association
held its End of Summer PAC Party at
Lyons Realty in Amarillo on August
29. The event included a festive Solano
Project band, entertaining hermit crab
races and a dunking booth that featured
TPBA Executive Office Lew Bradshaw
and City Manager Scott McDonald. At
the end of the day, TPBA PAC raised an
impressive $6,700!

The HBA of San Angelo's 33
rd
Annual Golf
Tournament was one for the record books!
Barry Hooker of Unlimited Air in San
Angelo shot not one but two holes-in-one!
On hole #7, a 3 par, 175 yard hole and #12,
also a 3 par 175 yard hole. Barry won a set
of Nike Irons and $5,000 cash.
