E&M has been the choice for over 200 events across the Country with Associations ranging from 200 to 2,000 members. From Home Shows, Parade/Tour of Homes and Remodeling Tours, E&M has the experience and proven results.

E&M Parade of Homes Builder Results for 2008:

(it isn’t a secret, E&M raises more money for events – allowing Associations to spend more on media to increase foot traffic) E&M even helps the Associations find the best media deals.

  • Chairperson for Southern TN HBA first ever parade (2008), sold 3 lots and 1 custom home in the first weekend!
  • First E&M Spokane Fall Festival of Homes - builders sold 9 homes in the first weekend.
  • Rutherford County HBA sells their Association house after it sat for almost a year!
  • New Hampshire first parade of homes – a builder sold his 3 million dollar home with 2 others customs from the parade (is now the chair for the 2008 parade.)
  • Memphis parade of homes had increased traffic of up to 1000% reported and recorded by builders.
  • Largest builder in the first Memphis parade of homes had foot traffic of 160 couples while another home in the same subdivision (not on the parade) reported 18 couples the same weekend.
  • BIA Desert Chapter reported selling multiple homes in multiple subdivisions.

  • E&M started the first annual Memphis Area Parade of Homes raising over $340,000 for the event in home entries and sponsorship with over 161 builders.
  • E&M raised over $1,100,000 over the first two NE Ohio Parade of Homes.
  • Durango parade of homes host site sponsor – sold 4 lots during the parade.
  • Tripled the number of builders participating in the Parade of Homes “Around the Lake” for the first combined New Orleans – Tangipahoa builder Associations.
  • 25 parade specific websites created (some with over 600 pages)
  • E&M assisted 37 Associations to start their first ever parade of homes! - or bring them to the next level!
  • E&M calls every builder to participate and every Member to sponsor.    (even in established parades like Spokane's 25th parade, we signed up 20 additional builders to participate!)
  • Nine 2007 parades were the largest parades ever done by Associations – exceeding some budgets by 200%+.

  • Spokane 2008 Home Show had a 50% increase in net profit over 2007.
