Students from West Shore Career Technical Center in Lakewood, Ohio and Springfeld-Clark Career Technical Center in Springfeld, Ohio prepped and planned for the food demonstrations for the

evening side-by-side with Guy and his talented Krew. They were mentored by their Ohio ProStart Instructors Chef Devan Sharosky and Chef Scott Rohrer and supported by ORAEF staff Valerie Foley and Marty Nagele. Each student received a “behind-the-scenes” look at a professional culinary event, where countdown to showtime was crucial. After hours of preparation and hard work, the students were welcomed onstage for a formal introduction and a huge round of applause from the audience.
