Fishbowl Marketing
Often times the demands of running an operation, managing staff and keeping the cost of overhead expenses down is a very grueling task. The ORA realizes that there are very few hours in the day for a busy restaurant professional to be thinking about their marketing strategies. Additionally, the cost of training a staff member to carry out and manage these duties is unrealistic. For that reason, the ORA partnered with
Fishbowl Marketing to provide our members with a simple, easy-to-use e-mail marketing solution that helps you stay in touch with your loyal guests and encourages them to return to your restaurant through suggestive sales techniques. With a host of features and affordable pricing, there is no simpler alternative than those provided by Fishbowl when launching and maintaining a successful e-mail marketing program. The company offers e-mail packages for restaurants of all sizes including their Local, Advanced and Enterprise solutions.
In order to help our members participate in this program, they receive a price that’s as low as $99 a month. ORA members also receive exclusive discounts with Fishbowl - up to 10% off monthly service fees. BMI Music Licensing
Did you know that you can face stiff penalties if you play music in your operation and are not properly licensed to do so? Working with the ORA’s Strategic Partner Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI), you can avoid breaking the law and save an average of $150 annually on music licensing fees. BMI collects license fees on behalf of the more than 400,000 songwriters, composers and music publishers it represents and distributes those fees as royalties to members whose works have been publicly performed.
A BMI License provides you with the legal authorization you need to use a very powerful product – music. This product is the music creator’s property, so a licensing agreement protects your business or organization from the penalties involved in copyright infringement. Through the arrangement the ORA has created with BMI, our members save up to 20% on music licensing - 10% for payment of balance within 30 days, 5% to license online and 5% ORA discount.
