Concluding the Annual Spring
Conference was Roxanne Emmerich’s
session entitled, “Hope Is Not a
Strategy: A Kick-Butt Plan To Think
Big, Pull-Ahead, and Crush It This Year”
followed by a networking session which
provided attendees the opportunity to
participate in roundtable discussions by
area of banking. CDD ended its Annual
Spring Conference by conducting a
50/50 cash raffle. One-half of the $226
pot went to Community BancPac and
Angie Babcock from German-American
State Bank, German Valley, took home
the remaining half.
